Jack Doohan to Join Alpine F1 Team in 2025

The Australian driver, son of MotoGP legend Mick Doohan, will replace Esteban Ocon and partner Pierre Gasly next season.

Doohan has been Alpine’s reserve driver for two years and finished third in the 2023 Formula 2 championship.
He will be the first graduate of the Alpine Academy to secure a race seat with the team.
New Alpine team principal Oliver Oakes praised Doohan's talent and work ethic.
Alpine is currently eighth in the constructors' standings with 11 points this season.
Doohan's promotion follows several management changes at Alpine, including the appointment of Oakes.
