Eyewitnesses reported that Tee Morant shouted 'The fix is in!' before being escorted out of the arena during a dead-ball situation with just over two minutes remaining.
Ja Morant, who finished the game with 16 points on 6-of-19 shooting, suggested his father's actions may have been an attempt to prevent him from being ejected for arguing with officials.
