The game was a matchup between two teams at the bottom of the Western Conference, with the Grizzlies improving to 11-22 and the Spurs falling to 5-28.
Morant, who recently returned from a 25-game suspension for a firearm-related incident, also recorded 10 assists and five rebounds for the Grizzlies.
The Grizzlies snapped a three-game losing streak with the win, while the Spurs suffered their third straight loss.
