- Two Digital Administration Code decrees due by the end of 2025 will formally extend IT Wallet’s capabilities
- Following the decrees, users will be able to upload university degrees, school records, ISEE declarations, electoral cards and residence certificates
- A pilot version of the enhanced IT Wallet is scheduled to launch later this year
- Officials are evaluating a camera-based document scanning feature to strengthen user authentication
- The upcoming measures will also recognize driving licenses as valid ID and allow private operators to serve as wallet providers
