Overview

• The interministerial decree from the Ministries of Enterprises and Economy is in its final phase and will take effect after publication in the Gazzetta Ufficiale.
• Consumers will request a voucher on PagoPA, retailers will apply the discount at checkout, and eligibility such as ISEE thresholds will be checked automatically.
• Each purchase will receive 30% off up to €100, rising to a €200 cap for households with an ISEE not exceeding €25,000.
• The measure covers large household appliances such as washing machines, washer‑dryers, ovens, dishwashers and refrigerators, with the decree to specify eligible types and energy classes.
• Roughly €48 million is available on a first‑come, first‑served basis, and vouchers will expire quickly to prevent hoarding and so‑called click‑day rushes.
