Passo Tonale in Italy offers the best value for families, with a one-week cost of £1,571.24 for four, thanks to discounts like free children’s gear hire.
Bulgaria’s Borovets and Bansko take second and third places for adult affordability, while Norway’s Norefjell rises to ninth due to a 2.6% drop in costs.
Swiss and French resorts dominate the most expensive rankings, with Zermatt topping the list at £1,345.76 for a week’s essentials.
Despite overall rising costs in two-thirds of surveyed resorts, Italy’s strength in value is bolstered by competitive lift pass and equipment prices.
