Overview
- An interministerial ordinance from the Finance and Transport Ministries sets the update, effective 1 January 2026.
- Transport regulator ART acted after skipped inflation adjustments since 2020 that it said violated principles of equal treatment, entrepreneurial freedom and proper administration.
- Most networks, including many Autostrade per l'Italia stretches, will see a 1.5% rise, while the Salerno–Pompei–Napoli route will increase by 1.923%.
