  • Back pay is scheduled, estimated at about €1,948 for teachers and €1,427 for ATA staff, following earlier advances under DL 145/2023 and a recent €142 one‑off introduced by DL 127/2025.
  • Negotiations for the 2025–2027 contract will start immediately, with ARAN president Antonio Naddeo indicating potential additional average rises of €142 for teachers and €104 for ATA, while FLC CGIL did not sign the current deal.
