Overview
- The decree is now in the Gazzetta Ufficiale, and incentives become usable once the Sogei digital portal goes live with point-of-sale application.
- Private buyers with an ISEE up to €30,000 can receive up to €11,000, and those between €30,001 and €40,000 up to €9,000, for new BEVs priced at or below €35,000 before VAT with mandatory scrappage up to Euro 5 by 30 June 2026.
- Access is limited to residents and companies located in ISTAT-defined Functional Urban Areas, as listed by the national statistics institute.
- Each household can claim one vehicle, and the person reserving the bonus may assign it to another adult member of the same ISEE family unit.
- Microenterprises can obtain 30% of the purchase price up to €20,000 for N1 or N2 electric vans, may apply for up to two vehicles, and must scrap a vehicle owned by the company for at least six months.
