Overview

• Applications opened at 12:00 on October 20 via patentiautotrasporto.mit.gov.it, with access through SPID, CIE or CNS.
• Requests are processed on a first‑come, first‑served basis until ministry funds run out.
• Eligible applicants are 18–35 year‑olds with a category B licence who have not previously received the bonus, with a narrow allowance if the request is filed before turning 35.
• The programme now includes legally resident non‑EU citizens with valid permits following ASGI’s successful legal challenge.
• The voucher can be used only for licences C, C1, CE, C1E, D, D1, DE, D1E and the CQC, must be activated within 60 days at an accredited provider and used to obtain the qualification within 18 months; no income cap applies and the benefit is non‑taxable.
