- All regions have officially published their 2025–26 academic calendars, setting start dates from September 8 in Bolzano to September 16 in Calabria and Puglia

- End-of-term dates vary by region, spanning from June 6–11 in most areas to June 16 in the autonomous provinces of Bolzano and Trento
