Overview

  • Viabilità Italia has declared bollino rosso for Friday afternoon, Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon to signal peak traffic periods.
  • Anas expects 13.247 million vehicle movements this weekend and more than 273 million journeys between July 25 and August 31.
  • From July 25 until September 8, Anas has suspended 1,348 work sites, following the closure of 98 immovable sites since July 1 spanning about 680 km.
  • Some 2,500 Anas personnel are on round-the-clock duty to monitor the network and respond swiftly to any emergencies.
  • Heavy-vehicle traffic is banned Friday July 25 from 16:00–22:00, Saturday July 26 from 08:00–16:00 and Sunday July 27 from 07:00–22:00.
