This marks Moretti's second heart attack, following a similar incident in October 2024 that disrupted his professional commitments.
Moretti recently attended the Bari International Film & TV Festival in March 2025 for a retrospective of his celebrated career.
His most recent film, 'A Brighter Tomorrow,' competed at the Cannes Film Festival in 2023, showcasing his continued influence in global cinema.
