Italian Film Icon Sandra Milo Passes Away at 90

Known for Her Roles in Federico Fellini’s '8½' and 'Juliet of the Spirits', Milo Died Peacefully at Home in Rome

Italian actress Sandra Milo, known for her roles in Federico Fellini’s '8½' and 'Juliet of the Spirits', has died at the age of 90.
Milo died in her sleep at her home in Rome, surrounded by her family and her two dogs, Jim and Lady.
Milo's career spanned several genres and she worked with some of the greats of Italy's post-war film industry, including Alberto Sordi and Marcello Mastroianni.
In addition to her film work, Milo became a fixture on Italian television as a talk show host.
Milo is survived by her three children.
