She underwent emergency surgery in October to remove a medulloblastoma, a type of malignant tumor, in her cerebellum.
Isabella documented her journey through a YouTube series, which included her final day of radiation at the New York Proton Center.
Isabella will start chemotherapy at Duke Children's Hospital & Health Center in North Carolina in February.
Isabella has used her platform to provide an honest reflection of living with cancer as a teenager, hoping to provide comfort to others going through the same experience.
