Overview

• IREN purchased 12,400 accelerators for about $674 million, including 7,100 NVIDIA B300s, 4,200 NVIDIA B200s and 1,100 AMD MI350Xs, bringing its fleet to roughly 23,000 GPUs.
• Deliveries will roll out over the coming months at the Prince George, British Columbia site, with Texas facilities also available for deployment.
• Upon full commissioning, the fleet is expected to include about 1,900 NVIDIA H100/H200, 19,100 NVIDIA B200/B300, 1,200 NVIDIA GB300 and 1,100 AMD MI350X GPUs.
• Financing workstreams are underway to fund the build-out, and IREN expects to limit effects on its 50 EH/s bitcoin mining by redeploying ASICs to other sites.
