Overview
- IRCTC has opened reservations for the nine-night, ten-day Swarnim Bharat Yatra starting August 14 from Delhi Safdarjung with fares ranging from Rs 71,585 for 3AC to Rs 1,01,430 for 1AC Coupe.
- The route covers Ahmedabad’s Sabarmati Ashram, Adalaj Stepwell, Modhera Sun Temple, Patan’s Rani Ki Vav, Kevadia’s Statue of Unity and Sardar Sarovar Dam.
- Travellers will visit Pune’s Aga Khan Palace and Bhimashankar Jyotirlinga, Aurangabad’s Ajanta and Ellora Caves and Ghrishneshwar Jyotirlinga, followed by Jhansi Fort and Orchha landmarks.
- The Deluxe AC Tourist Train accommodates 150 passengers across First, Second and Third AC coaches and features dining cars, shower cubicles, sensor-based washrooms, foot massagers and CCTV security.
