Overview

• On August 6, IRCC held the 358th Express Entry draw, inviting 225 Provincial Nominee Program candidates to apply for permanent residency.
• Candidates needed a minimum CRS score of 739, which is 49 points lower than the prior PNP draw in July.
• Eligible profiles had to be submitted before 6:35 a.m. UTC on April 23, 2025, under tie-breaker rules based on profile submission time.
• Since June 10, IRCC has maintained a bi-weekly schedule alternating between PNP and Canadian Experience Class draws.
• To date in 2025, Express Entry has issued 49,628 Invitations to Apply across all targeted streams.
