Overview
- The first release is slated for the second half of 2026 on PlayStation, Xbox and Steam.
- It will be the first dedicated INDYCAR game in more than two decades.
- The title is being built on iRacing Studios’ enhanced Orontes engine with a multilevel career mode, licensed drivers from INDYCAR and INDY NXT, and online multiplayer.
- Real-world participants will shape the project, including Team Penske’s Scott McLaughlin taking part in development.
- The agreement also extends the series’ presence on the iRacing simulation and adds to iRacing Studios’ licensed portfolio alongside NASCAR 25 and World of Outlaws, following the termination of a prior Motorsport Games effort in 2023.
