Iowa's Leshon Williams and Kaleb Brown to Enter Transfer Portal

Both players, facing reduced roles this season, plan to leave the Iowa football team in December.

Leshon Williams, Iowa's leading rusher in 2023, will enter the transfer portal with one year of eligibility left.
Kaleb Brown, a former Ohio State transfer, intends to redshirt and has two years of eligibility remaining.
Williams ranked sixth in the Big Ten with 821 rushing yards last season but has played sparingly in 2024.
Brown was Iowa's third-leading receiver in 2023 but has had limited play this season with only one catch.
Coach Kirk Ferentz acknowledged their contributions and wished them well as they move forward.
