iOS 18 Enhances Charging Control and Notifications

The latest update introduces new charging limit options and alerts users when using slow chargers.

Apple's iOS 18 now offers iPhone 15 and iPhone 16 users the ability to set charging limits at 80%, 85%, 90%, and 95% to improve battery longevity.
The system will proactively recommend optimal charging limits based on users' habits, appearing in the Settings app under Battery.
iOS 18 includes a new feature that warns users if they are using a slow charger, with a 'Slow Charger' notification appearing in the battery level graph.
iPhone 16 models now support fast charging up to 45W, a significant increase from the previous generation.
These new charging features are exclusive to the iPhone 15 and iPhone 16 models, and older models will not have access to these options.
