iOS 18 Enables Audio Playback During Video Recording on iPhone

New setting in iOS 18 allows users to continue music and podcast playback while shooting video.

iPhone users can now keep audio playing while recording video with the new iOS 18 update.
The feature can be activated via the 'Allow Audio Playback' toggle in the Camera settings.
Previously, audio playback would stop when switching to Video mode, limiting functionality.
QuickTake mode allowed audio playback but recorded in lower quality compared to Video mode.
iOS 18's final release, including this feature, is expected in the fall.
