Overview
- The 18-year-old exited an ambulance that had stopped for further treatment on the M5 northbound between junctions 20 and 21 at about 11:04 p.m. on Nov. 30.
- An off-duty police officer encountered the teenager on the carriageway and attempted to move him to safety at the side of the motorway.
