IOPC Opens Inquiry After Teen Dies Leaving Ambulance on M5

Avon and Somerset Police made a mandatory referral to the watchdog, with welfare support in place for the family and responders.

  • A southbound car struck the patient shortly afterward, and he was pronounced dead at the scene despite emergency efforts.
