- CONCACAF will award two of its women’s places through the CONCACAF Women’s Championship, which also serves as qualification for the 2027 Women’s World Cup.
- With the U.S. taking the host place, CONCACAF’s single remaining men’s berth will be decided at the 2026 CONCACAF U-20 Championship, and FIFA set the inaugural Women’s Club World Cup for 5–30 January 2028.
