Overview
- Gold, silver and bronze medalists will receive Rs 5 lakh, Rs 3 lakh and Rs 2 lakh respectively under the new IOA scheme.
- Fourth-place finishers will get Rs 50,000 each, and coaches of medal-winning athletes will receive Rs 1 lakh apiece.
- The gold-winning men’s and women’s kabaddi teams will be awarded Rs 10 lakh each in recognition of their titles.
- A special ceremony to felicitate medalists, coaches and fourth-place athletes will be held shortly, with details to be announced.
