  • Mandaviya said the National Sports Governance Law will take effect within two months and urged federations to focus on athletes rather than internal politics.
  • Chopra, currently out of the country, did not attend; an Athletics Federation of India official collected his ₹75 lakh cheque, as PT Usha lauded the medallists’ achievements.
