Overview
- Volodya Grigoryan, head of the enlarged Parakar community and an opposition figure, was shot dead near his home overnight in Parakar.
- A friend of Grigoryan who served in the criminal police was also killed and another person was wounded, with the attacker described as masked and gloved before fleeing.
