- Kevin J. Sinning, 29, was arrested by Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority police shortly before 1 a.m. on July 28 after seizing an unattended Prime Flight golf cart at Buffalo Niagara International Airport.
- He drove the golf cart onto the terminal’s moving walkways, shattering glass panels and bending metal railings before officers took him into custody at the walkway’s end.
