Overview

  • Operation Secure ran from January to April 2025 across 26 countries to target infostealer malware infrastructure.
  • Authorities took down more than 20,000 malicious IP addresses and domains, seized 41 servers and confiscated over 100 gigabytes of data.
  • Law enforcement agencies arrested 32 suspects in multiple jurisdictions, including group leaders in Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Nauru.
  • Singapore’s Cybercrime Command and the Cyber Security Agency removed over 1,000 local IP addresses linked to the operation.
  • Interpol and private partners Kaspersky, Group-IB and Trend Micro provided intelligence and coordinated notifications to more than 216,000 affected users.
