International Manhunt Underway After Harshita Brella's Murder in UK

The 24-year-old had warned her family that her husband, now the prime suspect, would kill her before she was found dead in a car boot in London.

Harshita Brella, 24, was found strangled to death on November 10 in Corby, Northamptonshire, with her body discovered four days later in the boot of a car in Ilford, East London.
Her husband, Pankaj Lamba, 23, is the primary suspect, and an international manhunt is underway as he is believed to have fled to India.
Brella had previously reported domestic abuse to police in August, leading to Lamba's arrest and a domestic violence protection order, which expired weeks before her murder.
The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) is investigating Northamptonshire Police's handling of Brella's prior abuse reports and safety measures.
Brella's family alleges that Indian authorities have not acted due to a lack of formal extradition requests from UK police, complicating efforts to apprehend Lamba.
