Overview

• Judge Fernando Pinos Guevara of Juzgado N°4 issued an international capture order for Alex Roger Ydone Castillo, with Interpol expected to post the red notice, and the suspect remains at large.
• Police searched Castillo’s residence hours after the warrant to try to locate him and to secure evidence linked to the killings of Brenda del Castillo, Morena Verdi and Lara Gutiérrez.
• Key witness Florencia Ibáñez testified that Castillo owned the stolen drugs and was in the area the night of the crime, as prosecutors cite video placing him with “Pequeño J” and others allegedly planning the attack.
• Investigators reconstructed suspect movements using surveillance networks and seized vehicles, including a Chevrolet Tracker, a Volkswagen Fox and a Renault 19, and are analyzing additional footage.
• Castillo is one of three fugitives with active orders alongside David Gustavo Morales Huamani and Manuel David Valverde Rodríguez, and further judicial statements are scheduled in the coming days.
