Intel Unveils Core Ultra 200 Series CPUs with Up to 24 Cores and 5.7 GHz Boost

The new Arrow Lake processors, set to launch on October 24, feature significant architectural changes and enhanced cache configurations.

  • Intel's Core Ultra 200 series includes five models: Core Ultra 9 285K, Core Ultra 7 265K, Core Ultra 7 265KF, Core Ultra 5 245K, and Core Ultra 5 245KF.
  • The flagship Core Ultra 9 285K boasts 8 P-cores, 16 E-cores, and a maximum boost clock of 5.7 GHz, with a 250W power limit.
  • Core Ultra 7 265K/KF features 8 P-cores and 12 E-cores, with a maximum boost clock of 5.5 GHz and a total of 66 MB cache.
  • Core Ultra 5 245K/KF includes 6 P-cores and 8 E-cores, reaching a maximum boost clock of 5.2 GHz and a 159W power limit.
  • The Arrow Lake CPUs will be manufactured using TSMC's process, moving away from Intel's own 18A process node.
