Intel Panther Lake CPU Specs Leak: Up to 18 Cores and 12 GPU Cores

Leaked details reveal Intel's next-gen Panther Lake processors will feature new Cougar Cove and Skymont cores, built on the 18A process node.

Panther Lake-H lineup includes five SKUs with varying configurations of CPU and GPU cores.
Top-end models feature up to 18 CPU cores and 12 Xe3 'Celestial' GPU cores.
The processors will be the first built on Intel's new 18A process node.
Cougar Cove cores are a new design, while Skymont cores are optimized from Lunar Lake.
Panther Lake CPUs are expected to launch in the second half of 2025.
