Overview
- Chloe Lightfoot, 33, died after her Citroen Berlingo collided with a HGV just after 8am on August 26 near the Rutherford Lane/Cross Lanes junction on the A66 by Barnard Castle.
- Paramedics, an air ambulance and fire crews attended the scene, and she was pronounced dead by paramedics.
