Overview

• The 80-year-old was leading her horse Benny to a paddock on 8 August when the animal spooked, jolted sideways and knocked her down, then accidentally stood on her.
• She was admitted to Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with a sternum injury and a fractured clavicle and died there on 24 August.
