Overview
- INPS has activated the dedicated “Incentivo Decreto Coesione” service on its portal for submitting requests for the under‑35 self‑employment grant.
- The contribution is €500 per month for up to 36 months, disbursed annually in advance, with no payments allowed beyond 31 December 2028.
- Eligible applicants are under 35, unemployed at the time of opening, and must launch a new business in Italy between 1 July 2024 and 31 December 2025 in sectors defined as strategic for technological, digital or green transition.
- Applications are due within 30 days of the official start date, with a special rule granting 30 days from 28 November 2025 for activities begun before that date.
- Access requires SPID, CIE, CNS or eIDAS credentials, with alternatives via patronati or the INPS Contact Center, and the grant can be combined with employer hiring reliefs funded by a dedicated envelope reported at over €1 billion.
