Overview

• The INPS web application for municipalities goes live today at 14:00 with the 2025 beneficiary lists for the 'Carta Dedicata a te' program.
• No application is required, with eligibility determined automatically for households resident in Italy with an ordinary ISEE up to €15,000, excluding those receiving other income-support or unemployment benefits.
• A total of 1,157,179 named Postepay cards will be provided by Poste Italiane for essential food purchases and collected at enabled post offices.
• Beneficiaries must make a first purchase by 16 December 2025 to retain the benefit, and all loaded funds must be spent by 28 February 2026.
• INPS instructs municipalities to access the portal after authorization, prioritize consolidation by 14:00 on 9 October, and apply priority criteria favoring larger families with minor children and lower ISEE values, with INPS technical support available.
