InoxGFL and KP Group Seal MoUs to Build 5 GW of Wind and Solar Across India
The agreements set a 5 GW pipeline that assigns equipment supply to Inox entities, development to KP companies, and O&M to Inox Green.

- Inox Wind and KP Energy will jointly develop 2.5 GW of wind capacity across multiple Indian states under a new memorandum of understanding.
- Inox Solar and KPI Green signed a parallel pact for 2.5 GW of solar projects to create a balanced wind–solar pipeline.
- Inox Wind will supply turbines and provide engineering support, while KP Energy handles land acquisition, grid connectivity, statutory approvals and EPC execution.
