Injury Crisis Forces TCU Women's Basketball to Cancel Games, Hold Open Tryouts

TCU women's basketball team has been forced to cancel two upcoming games due to a rash of injuries leaving the team shorthanded.
The team has announced open tryouts for full-time students interested in trying out for walk-on status for the rest of the season.
Due to the cancellations, TCU will be handed two conference losses, while Kansas State and Iowa State will gain one Big 12 win each.
TCU's next scheduled game is at home against UCF on Jan. 23.
Among the injured players are standout center Sedona Prince and starting point guard Jaden Owens, both of whom have suffered season-ending injuries.
