Infosys to Acquire 75% of Telstra’s Versent for AU$233.25 Million

Pending regulatory approval before the second half of FY26, the venture will merge Infosys’ AI and cloud capabilities with Versent’s engineering expertise alongside Telstra’s connectivity to accelerate digital transformation in Australia.
