Overview
- Christopher Blake Griffith filed counterclaims Friday in Maryland federal court accusing Stefon Diggs of sexual battery, battery, conspiracy, intentional infliction of emotional distress and defamation.
- Griffith alleges Diggs drugged him with a piece of “candy” during a night out in Washington, D.C., then exposed himself during a car ride and made unwanted advances at Diggs’ Maryland home on May 22, 2023.
- He claims two women and Diggs’ brother, Darez, threatened and assaulted him at the house, and says he was attacked a week later outside his Los Angeles apartment in an incident he says was captured on video.
- Griffith also contends Diggs made false statements about him from a burner Instagram account and he is seeking unspecified compensatory and punitive damages.
- Diggs previously filed a libel suit asserting Griffith fabricated the story and that he went to his bedroom while an assistant asked Griffith to leave, with all matters currently in civil litigation and no court findings reported.
