• Indra finalized the €3.6 million purchase of DF Calderería Pesada—known as El Tallerón—subrogating 156 workers and planning to hire about 100 more.
• The newly established Indra Land Vehicles will operate outside the Tess Defence consortium to forge partnerships in other markets.
