  • Players received a festive hotel welcome in Delhi with cake-cutting and dancing after a warm send-off in Mumbai earlier in the day.
  • BCCI has confirmed Rs 51 crore for players, support staff and selectors, alongside ICC prize money of $4.48 million for the tournament.
  • Most players will disperse to their hometowns after the ceremony, while Shafali Verma heads to lead North Zone in the Inter-Zonal T20; the ICC also named Smriti Mandhana, Jemimah Rodrigues and Deepti Sharma in its Team of the Tournament.
