India’s Passenger-Vehicle Sales Hit Record 4.55 Million in 2025 After H2 Rebound

  • Industry wholesales reached an estimated 45.5 lakh units in 2025, up nearly 6% year-on-year.

  • Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles sold 50,519 units in December and achieved a fifth consecutive annual record with 587,218 units in 2025, including 81,125 EVs.
