- The ATMS spans 56.46 km, covering 28.46 km of the Dwarka Expressway and a 28 km section of NH-48 from Shiv Murti to Kherki Daula.
- It features 110 high-resolution PTZ cameras, AI-enabled Video Incident Detection and Enforcement Systems, vehicle-actuated speed displays, variable message signs, and a central control room.
- The AI system detects 14 types of violations including overspeeding, seatbelt and helmet non-compliance, and triple riding.
- Around 600 violations are recorded daily, with challan issuance slated to begin within the next 15 days after six weeks of testing.
- Data is routed automatically to the NIC E-challan portal and Command Centre analytics aim to accelerate emergency deployments, making the pilot a model for AI-based traffic governance.
