Malik Reneau scored a career-high 34 points, leading Indiana to a 100-87 victory over Kennesaw State.
Reneau also grabbed 11 rebounds, completing his first double-double for the Hoosiers.
Kennesaw State, despite trailing by 13 points in the first half, rallied and took a 68-64 lead with 13:16 left in the game.
Simeon Cottle led Kennesaw State with 21 points, while Terrell Burden finished with 20 points and nine assists.
Indiana, now with a 10-3 record, will next play Nebraska on Jan. 3 as Big Ten Conference play resumes.
