Overview

• Search warrants targeted Sun Spa in Kokomo, Dahlia Spa on East 56th Street and Sunflower Spa on Madison Avenue in Indianapolis, along with homes in Noblesville and Carmel.
• Two Noblesville residents, Yanyan Zhao, 35, and Xingchen (Xinchen) Li, 36, were booked into the Howard County Jail on preliminary counts of corrupt business influence and promoting prostitution.
• Hui Li, 56, was arrested at the Noblesville residence on a preliminary count of corrupt business influence and was also booked into the Howard County Jail.
• Investigators say the spas operated as fronts for prostitution following a 14‑month Indiana State Police inquiry coordinated with local, state and federal partners.
• One adult victim was recovered and connected to services through the Department of Homeland Security, the Indiana Trafficking Victims Assistance Program and the Howard County Prosecutor’s Office.
