Lalit Patidar, an 18-year-old from Madhya Pradesh, India, has been awarded the Guinness World Record for the hairiest face, with 201.72 hairs per square centimeter.
Patidar has a rare congenital condition called hypertrichosis, also known as 'werewolf syndrome,' which causes excessive hair growth over his body and face.
Despite facing challenges such as teasing and fear from classmates as a child, Patidar has embraced his unique appearance and built a large social media following, with over 260,000 Instagram followers.
He traveled to Milan, Italy, to have his hair officially measured on the TV show 'Lo Show dei Record,' where his record was confirmed.
Patidar has expressed pride in his appearance, stating he has no intention of shaving his facial hair and values his individuality.
