Overview
- The rollout includes four intra-state passenger and DEMU services and three Amrit Bharat Express trains linking Bihar to Delhi, Telangana and Rajasthan.
- Most local services begin regular operations on October 1 with six-day-a-week schedules, excluding Sundays.
- The Danapur–Jhajha Fast Passenger will use 22 LHB coaches, halt at 22 stations including Patna, Kiul and Jamui, and operate six days a week from October 1.
- Inter-state additions include the Muzaffarpur–Charlapalli Amrit Bharat Express running weekly on a Tue/Thu pattern with 22 coaches and 24 halts.
- Darbhanga–Madar will have 31 stops and Chhapra–Anand Vihar Terminal will have 19, with all seven services operated and maintained by the ECR zone as Bihar heads toward assembly elections.
