- Arisinfra Solutions will launch its mainboard IPO on June 18 with a price band of Rs210–222 per share and aims to raise up to Rs500 crore through a fresh issue of 2.25 crore shares.
- Five SME firms, Patil Automation, Samay Project Services, Eppeltone Engineers, Influx Healthtech and Mayasheel Ventures, will open subscription windows from June 16 to June 20 and collectively target over Rs200 crore.
- Issuers have set varied price bands: Patil Automation at Rs114–120, Samay Project Services at Rs32–43, Eppeltone Engineers at Rs125–128, Influx Healthtech at Rs91–96 and Mayasheel Ventures at Rs44–47.
- Oswal Pumps will list on June 20, and Sacheerome, Monolithisch India, Jainik Power and Cables and Aten Papers and Foam will debut on SME exchanges between June 16 and June 20 as investor demand climbs.
- The offerings span infrastructure, automation, healthcare and consumer services, reflecting broad sectoral appeal.
